“On this way, no one walks behind me, and I cross no one’s path.” C.G. Jung

Life is not a competition, and coaching is not here to teach you to jump higher or run faster. It is a facilitative person-centred process where you can safely explore your ideas and challenges. It supports you in transforming your insights into applicable actions that help you to improve areas of your personal and professional life in alignment with your values and goals.

The Jungian approach is holistic, focusing on a balance rather than growth in one area of your life. It is psychodynamic and considers your individuality and consciousness in the context of your social life as well as the unconscious processes.

Areas of support may include, but are not exclusive to:

  • navigating the challenges of creative life

  • working on a creative project

  • integrating life changes and finding new directions

  • finding a better work-life balance

  • relationship issues (professional and personal)

  • support through challenging transformations and decision-making

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. I do not focus on mental health issues, give advice or suggest treatment.

I’m also not a Jungian analyst, but I’m happy to talk about dreams, images, spiritual experiences, or creative materials that you may want to bring to our sessions, to the capacity that coaching allows us.

I work with imagination techniques and use art and journaling, if you are comfortable with those.
