Held over Zoom, unless you are local to me, then we can meet in person. One session lasts usually 45 minutes where we can discuss anything that you find relevant. After your purchase, I will be in touch to find a time that suits you. I will also send you an email with a few opening questions that you can answer if you want before we meet for the first time. This can help you to formulate your thoughts and also to give me some context of the work we are going to do together.
